MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the branch and company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
• Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the branch and company.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and EAC budgetary reporting requirements.
• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures
• Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards of EAC.
• Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
• Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to start a business.
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Oversee financial management of business operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
• Receive and examine the legality for the import documents, Stock Controll receiving from EAC and other Suppliers for  reporting Inventory….. Checking the sales records, parts invoices… find out the unreasonable issue for adjustments….
• Check and verify monthly reports such as tax declaration, cash flow, assets, completion of sales and service budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extended experience (min. 5 years) in Financial Management, Treasury, Cash-Flow Management, Accounting and/or Controlling.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Proven experience in corporate planning, budgeting, strategic planning.
• Proven record of providing on-time, reliable and accurate planning + reporting information to Management and Tax Authorities.
• Ability to analyze financial data, statements, and projections.
• Experience in corporate funding.
• Knowledge of authority and state financial regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Vietnamese and in English
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, motivate and manage subordinates efficiently and according to transparent principles. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
• Strong General Management skills, e.g. for target agreement processes, planning processes, process descriptions, process improvements, policy making.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting. Master Degree preferred.
• Relevant industry experience is a definite plus.
