Duties:

• Overseeing Production and Scheduling of shop.
• Maintain active component lists of each job.
• Work with Programming to ensure all prints/programs and correct and with the corresponding component. 
• Work with Vendors to ensure machine maintenance schedules and unexpected issues.
• Oversee shop hours, ensure proper logging of time by employees. 
• Ensure work areas are clen and maintained. 
• Ensure communication between 1st and 2nd shift. 
• Adhere to all company policies as well as safety and environmental regulations.
• Point of contact for the shop floor with General Manager, Prgramming and Purchasing Department. 
• Utilization of organizational areas. 

 Requirements:

• Must be fluent English. 
• 5 years of experiences in a managerial position.
• Possess leadership qualities, detail-oriented, slef-motivated, strong motivator, organized, problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of operating sinker EDM, CNC milling, turning, and mill-turn centers a plus. 
• Experiences with CNC Programming. 
• Advanced knowledge of precision measuring instruments including but not limited to calipers, micrometer, height gages and indicators. (CMC and advanced measuring equipment).
• Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, fixture plates and other accessories used on milling machine a plus. 
• Advanced grasp on reading and interpreting  prints/drawings.
