Oversee and manage finance & accounting function of the local business
Maintain full-set of accounting records
Responsible for all operating and office payments
Cash flow management and cash flow forecasts
Responsible for all legal and tax-related matters and provide related updated information to Management and Head office in HK
Maintain all relevant statutory reporting requirements
Prepare timely financial and management reporting, and conduct variance analysis
Prepare annual budget and perform constant review of the budget utilization to drive operational efficiency
Provide all HR and general administration support to the local business, including recruitment, payroll management, training, insurance arrangement, travel booking, equipment/stationery/pantry supplies
Provide financial and business advices to Management
Review, communicate and ensure effective implementation of process, system control, policies and procedures
Liaise with and maintain key working relationships with external parties including but not limit to bankers, external auditors, lawyer, tax authority and relevant government authorities
Assist with regional country managers regarding various operational issues
Assist top management in analyzing issues and implementing changes
Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
The Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or other relevant qualification
With at least 7 years’ commercial experience, 3 years at managerial level, preferably gained within European MNC
Preferably a qualified accountant
Hands-on experience in Human Resources and administration procedures, practices and related legislation in Vietnam
Can work independently and diligently
Excellent communication skills, open-minded, proactive, and analytical thinking ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
