Job Purpose

• The  role  involves  to  work  with  company’s  all  divisions  in assisting  Financial  Controller  to  develop  and  operate  a comprehensive  system  of  internal  controls  and  compliance across all areas of the operation.
•  To  provide  support  to  Internal  &  Financial  Controller  in accordance  with  the  company’s  policies,  business  &  strategic planning, budgeting, forecast and to analyze all financial reports required to improve business performance.

Duties:

• Preparation of management information from source data.
• Producing  monthly  management,  controlling  reports,  discount, budgets, forecast vs Actuals.
• Assist  in  Budget  &  Forecast  process,  P&L,  Balance  sheet,  Cash
• Flow  planning  for  detailed  one-year  and  five  year  financial projection.
• Quarterly assist in reviewing the forecast or,
• Regularly incorporate with business team and other departments to analyze any change related to the business performance.
• Review  and  comment  for  selling  discount  and  Sales  commission payout to get approval.
• Assist  in  internal  controls,  audit  and  developing  the  KPIs, dashboards to highlight the opportunities and risks.
• Producing meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data.
• Assist  to  create  feasibility  studies  and  analyze  business  cases  for new investment projects.
• Assist in Procurements, Tender processes and Risk management.
• Other  ad-hoc  analysis  &  tasks  assigned  by  Internal  &  Financial Controller & CFO.

Requirements:

• Minimum University  Degree major  in  Business,  Economic,  Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in Management Accounting or Business Controlling.
• Must be familiar with Vietnam Accounting Standards and International
  Financial Reporting Standards.
• Possess a high level of integrity, independent and strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  are also essential.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel. Written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to travel within Vietnam & Overseas.
