Roles:

• Support to monitor the SS projects running at distributors and market places.
• Delivery “On the field training” for Salesmen/TDMs.
• Support Sales Team on evaluating “Develop Salesmen/TDMs” or “Improving Salesmen/TDM”

 

Responsibilities:

• Work at distributors and market places to support SS projects.
• Training TDM/Salesmen on the field and checking SS tools are running properly.
• Evaluating the development of “Develop Salesmen/TDMs”. Providing feedbacks to Salesmen/TDMs. Sending evaluation reports to related persons.
• On cooperation with Audit to support “Improving Salesmen/TDM”
• Support other requirements from SS Manager.
