Job Description:

  • Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
  • Handle and assist walk in customers or phone enquiries
  • Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
  • Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
  • Liaise with Sales Team and Shipping Team on customers’ orders
  • Allocate emails and supervise junior staff to ensure accuracy in credit note/debit note/write off forms
  • Propose improvement to work flow to ensure smooth daily operation 
  • Handle customer registration process in system
  • Handle and process purchase order, modifications, cancellations  to suppliers
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Basic communication and writing skill in English
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service(Call Center) experience
  • Experience candidates who are less than a Diploma holder but have good history of career progression may be considered
  • Service-oriented mindset and good customer service skills
  • Fast worker, able to multi-task and handled workload in a high volume and fast pace environment
  • Pleasant and well-trained in telephone etiquette
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to commute on their own to the office

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 6pm
  • Saturdays Duty on rotation: 8am to 6pm
  • Shifts A. 8am to 5pm / B. 9am to 6pm
