Required skillset : HTML5. Javascript, CS3
Fluent in English
Able to troubleshoot HTML5 technical issues and guide client on how to solve the technical issue.
Provide guidelines to creative agencies face to face or over the phone to ensure creative issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Providing technical support for online publishers if required.
Open, organize and maintain clients’ creative accounts.
Supporting Sales & Client Servicing team members throughout the campaign cycle.
Responsible for video editing if needed for internal team.
Constantly improve product knowledge & it’s usage
