DUTIES
- Set up and monitor business in Vietnam; organize sales & marketing activities on seasonal and core range for global retailers’ sales and support retailers to bring vitality to stores, attract more customer on best buy concept on a local level to gain competitive advantage and maximize their sales.
- Initiate a new industrialize project of building key partners
- Rebuilt trust from retails and increase sales revenue and secure the gross margin in total supply chain with reasonable operation costs in the region.
- Coach and challenge trading operation purchasing teams by initiating/ finding much better offers from new and current suppliers and new ways of working. Support trading operation to accomplish the assigned projects together.
- Manage and contribute for the performance and growth of the region by setting right direction and key strategies, including business and people development.
- Initiate new projects and restructure supplier base resulting in a saving cost on supply chain on plastic material and improve a standard of quality of thickness.
- Identify marketing expenses, and monitor business development progress
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor Degree in BA/Commerce or relevant degree
- At least 15 years in Operation Management/Business Development with International Brand
- Retails experience is a must, fashion retails is an advantage
- Good English is a must
