JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. A business unit head to create and grow the business in Vietnam
2. Prepare a business plan with detail action implementation and time table on strategies
3. Develop a structured cabling business in Vietnam
4. Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
5. Establish sales objectives monthly, quarterly and annual and report to head office
6. Leading a company to reach the target assigned by head office

QUALIFICATION:

1. At least 8 years working experience in the similar industrial is required for this position
2. With good experience in Structure cabling business in Vietnam, knowing the market very well
3. Had been selling Belden / Panduit / Comscope /LS cable system is preferable
4. Good knowledge in Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7 …. and FTTX solution is must
5. With strong leadership to manage a business unit
6. Good experienced in organize a sales team
7. Experience in promote brand thru distributer, partner training, event and consultant

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Effective Supervisory Skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office ( Words, Excel, Powepoint)
• Knowledge in market research and analysis
