JOB PURPOSE

 

• Responsible for Cost Accounting department activities
• Development of standard rates and costs (Cost per case and cost to serve)

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Maintain method and definition of Costing and absorption
• Be responsible for constructing standards (quantity, cost)
• Organizing the authorization for standards
• Provide periodic update of standards
• Maintain cost elements in Bill of Material
• Analyze variance from standards cost, obtain explanations to support senior management
• COGS per case by Pack and Product
• Cost to serve (cost to deliver to Distributor)
• Price and usage variance by material
• Identify trends and alert management
• Report on inventory, purchasing and consumption of material monthly

REQUIREMENT

• At least five year experience in management accounting or costing
• CPA or ACCA is a plus
• English: Fair reading / listening/ writing/speaking
• Knowledge ERP systems
• Manufacturing cost experience is prefer
