Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with the
development of new business through the sourcing, identification and mapping of
potential projects, clients, key industry contacts, government representatives
and other critical connections in order to establish a first contact to
evaluate the feasibility and the level of the potentiality of the project and
then eventually to set a business meeting between the client and Business Development
Team.
Maintain a strong network/database of
contacts and associates within the industry and undertake with the support of
Business Development Team all necessary socialization, meetings and event
attendance to build and maintain industry connections.
Make strategic introductions of relevant
Directors/Managers to Key Account Clients or Prospects or influential members
of the industry, government and related fields in order to continuously promote
the Archetype Group.
Assist with the public marketing of the
Archetype Group brand through direct lobbying, media promotion, meetings,
presentations and conferences.
Directly responsible for the achievement of individual
business development targets, contributing towards the achievement of the team
based target and achievement of key performance indicators each year.
Follow all Business Development practices and
procedures including but not limited to ensuring the CRM is properly updated and
lists of key contacts are maintained.
Ensure the availability and the quality of
all necessary marketing material for the Business presentation to the client.
Prepare and send typical communication &
presentation documents to client.
Responsible for maintaining ongoing client
contacts to ensure the continuous satisfaction of clients, on time invoice
payment and to manage client issues as they arise to the satisfaction of the
Archetype Group.
Responsible for conducting Client
Satisfaction Survey on annual basis.
Ensures proper communication of all necessary
information is transmitted internally to the Director/Manager responsible for
production in order to ensure the smooth transfer of the client to the
production team (for example: by being involved in the kick off meeting to
ensure production team is well briefed of client needs and expectations), as
well as all appropriate support departmental managers (for example: Finance,
Legal, Tendering etc).
Translate the project portfolio and other
marketing documents from English into local language, if required.
Classify potential client information from
different sources "contact, press release, newspaperâ€.
Ensure proper recording, monitoring and
handling of client complaint process.
Authorities
Setting up on behalf of the Group all
Commercial Network in line with the standard and procedures of the Group to
support the development of the Group Business.
Competencies
Female
Degree qualifications in either a related
technical field or Business Administration, or substantial relevant industry
experience and proven track record of achieving high sales targets in a very
competitive, service based environment and a strong list of influential
connections and key contacts.
Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years
experience.
A minimum of 1 year experience leading a client/customer
services/sales team within a multinational, professional services (preferably
engineering, construction) organization.
Advanced time management and organizational
skills with the ability to self-manage work time and meetings, and efficiently
ensure that all administrative processes associated with Business Development
(for example, maintaining the CRM) are efficiently undertaken.
Advanced written and spoken communication
skills including advanced negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.
Advanced understanding of the technical
aspects, costs and scheduling of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying,
Architecture and Engineering Design and Project Management in order to be able
to influence and sell services to clients.
Intermediate leadership skills with a strong
results-orientation.
Intermediate skills in departmental budgeting
and financial management.
Advanced written and spoken English skills are
also required.
