Main duties: 

• Formulating (New formula/ optimization) Automotive Products for the Asia Pacific market.
• Co-generating and circulating the product documents, which are developed for Asia Pacific market such as TDS, Quality Standard (JASO, API, OEMs…), regulatory document requested by specific markets (i.e MOE, MIGAS…except MSDS)  
• Cooperating with Product Management Team in HTL for packaging development and MSDS document development

Requirements:

• University degree of Bachelor of Petrochemical Industry, or chemical engineering
• Strong analytical skill, Leading project, Process driving
• At least 3-year experience in formulating lubricants of MNC company, expert in engine test, formula performance evaluation
• High level in knowledge of base oils and additives and more relation & working with base oils & additives manufacturers/suppliers
• Experience in lubricant standards (Quality, OEM, Regulation…)
• Leadership skill (team managing, high commitment, integrity)
• Communication skill (speaking and writing)
• Negotiation skill
• Careful & good problem analysis / solving problem
• Good Presentation and project coordination
• Be able to use basic software, SAP knowledge
