Working location: HCMC & Binh Duong (shuttle bus between HCMC & Binh Duong)

Responsilities:

1. Reporting

- Coordination, writing of instructions & monthly closing schedules

- Respect of the closing calendar. relaunch and follow-up of the subsidiaries (accountants and external service providers)

- Exchange rate monthly circulation

2. Annual Coordination / Audit

- Coordination, writing of instructions & annual closing schedules

- Coordination of auditors planning collection of reports

3. Analysis by subsidiary/profitability by territory

- Monthly sales monitoring for Asia/Sales Dynamics by country, product line, budget/news, etc.)

- Preparation of the Asia monthly margin table

4. Working capital and “Supply Chain"

- Collection of data

- Summary of old scales, and stocks of subsidiaries reviewed, analyzed, commented and sent

- Analytical / subsidiary comments based on Budget/N/N-1 comparisons to be obtained from BFC

5. Sage, other IT tools

- Assistance and training of staff in branches for simple functionalities

- Coordination with IT services France for more complicated problems

6. Annual budget and budget review

- Participation in the annual budget process

- Sales budget in Sales Dynamics, coordination / lies references, obtaining templates in advance as well as budget rates

7. Data Room

- Table of contacts in subsidiaries and IT access

8. Internal control

- Monitoring compliance with existing internal procedures (TA, hiring, Capex, etc.)

- Drafting and implementation of additional procedures

9. Internal Audit

- Missions to be defined piecemeal later

10. HR

- To be specified later, the HR mission associated with the finance department is currently being reviewed

Requirements:

- Qualification: Bachelor/ Master degree in Finance/ Accounting or related

- Qualified Accountant (ACCC/ CPA) is preferable 

- 8 - 10 years working experience and management experience of a multinational corporate environment.

- Audit experience is preferable

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Language skills: Excellent in English communication
