Job Description:
Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for decorative retail sales growth with profit in defined areas to ensure budget are achieved;
  • Build up MC center network in assigned areas by managing the team to approaching to potential dealer network and select the potential dealer to be MC dealers;
  • Provide customer service by attending to complaints, follow-up and resolve claims to ensure customer’s satisfaction;
  • Keep abreast of market situation by collecting information on projects and customers in order to stay competitive;
  • Build up project bases for Decorative Paints by approaching and following up closely with big projects in the defined areas;
  • Strictly follow and push dealer to pay to Jotun to ensure that collection in the defined areas is best;
  • Maintain high level in sales & marketing techniques to enhance Company in defined areas.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Sales/ Marketing or relevant fields;
  • At least 5 years experience in retail sales in foreign companies and a good track record in achieving sales target;
  • Have understandings of paint industry or construction material industry is an advantage;
  • Proactive, mature, result oriented, structured and professional working manner;
  • Good managerial skills to inspire, coordinate and manage sales team;
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
  • Keen to develop a successful sales career;
  • Be able to use MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
  • Accept frequent travels to provinces.
