Be
responsible for decorative retail sales growth with profit in defined areas to
ensure budget are achieved;
Build
up MC center network in assigned areas by managing the team to approaching to
potential dealer network and select the potential dealer to be MC dealers;
Provide
customer service by attending to complaints, follow-up and resolve claims to
ensure customer’s satisfaction;
Keep
abreast of market situation by collecting information on projects and customers
in order to stay competitive;
Build
up project bases for Decorative Paints by approaching and following up closely
with big projects in the defined areas;
Strictly
follow and push dealer to pay to Jotun to ensure that collection in the defined
areas is best;
Maintain
high level in sales & marketing techniques to enhance Company in defined
areas.
Requirements:
University graduate in Sales/
Marketing or relevant fields;
At least 5 years experience in
retail sales in foreign companies and a good track record in achieving sales
target;
Have understandings of paint
industry or construction material industry is an advantage;
Proactive, mature, result
oriented, structured and professional working manner;
Good managerial skills to
inspire, coordinate and manage sales team;
Good communication and
presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
