• Work within research team to develop products, concepts and knowledge that brings added value towards customer (farmers).
• Set up research projects based on ideas from customers, product managers and suppliers.
• Create hypothesis, research plans, conduct research, collect data, perform statistics and write research reports, including practical implications.

Requirements

• MSc degree or proven level by working experience
• Experience in aqua research has a preference
• Excellence in reporting (verbal and on paper)
• Analytical skills and accuracy are of high importance
• Candidates must show competence in their work, both independently and as part of a team
• Cultural and organizational sensitive, experience in working with people from different cultures and from various backgrounds
• Candidates must be fluent in English
