Job responsibilities:
- Support to Technical Dept. in doing quotation (General knowledge of accounting & Tax with
ability to handle numbers and do reporting and good with excel)
- Manage daily operation of office.
- Plan and schedule meetings & Appointments.
- Follow up of accounting, supplier payment, contracting.
- Follow up of office billing (Rental, Government employee labor Tax, Electricity, Phone,…)
- Issue invoices to Headquarter, summarize current financial status, prepare financial reports.
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the General Director
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- In – depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Trustworthy, detail – oriented, meticulous with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Can multitask & work independently.
- Strong English language verbal & written skills is a must.
Working location: Cu Chi (Shuttle bus pick up in Dist.1 & Dist.9) - nearly to Hoc Mon
Education requirements:
- Major in business/ Accounting/ Relevant field.
