Job Description:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare monthly financial statements as well as Year –end report
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements as well as tax filings
• Process Petty Cash
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control

 

Resposibilities:

• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all accounting acitvities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

Job requirements:

• Proven working experience as an accountant
• BSc/ BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Commercial and business awareness
• Analytical approach to work with high numeracy skills,
• Good English communication
• Well-adapted to tough reporting deadlines and able to work under time pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of SAP FI would be a plus
