Job Purpose:

• As a Spinning Production Manager / Specialist you have to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently in order to reach the production targets in the right quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Build up the Spinning operational team to be ready for commissioning and start up
• Responsible for managing the spinning operation: production and quality from cotton to yarn
• Plan and organize daily production to ensure that product availability is on time as per agreed schedule
• Provide training for the team in order to enhance performance and working discipline, as well as ensure work instructions, processes are followed strictly and product quality is stable
• Liaise with Project/ Maintenance Manager on maintenance team tasks and utilization to ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance program and reduce break-down time
• Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Supervises and coordinates activities in spinning: quantity of yarn, type of fiber, staple length, yarn size, quality and texture desired, and ultimate use of yarn
• Managing production, budget, inventory, service standards and improvement
• Analyzing and reporting of production KPIs
• Trigger and follow up of continuous improvement measures in technology and processes
• Reports directly to BoD

Job Requirements: 

• Graduated from textile or mechanical or mechatronic engineering department of university
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in spinning production
• Speaking and writing English fluently
• Corespun, dualcore, sirospun, blended production experience is preferable
