Reporting to: Head of After sales service
 

Location: Home based in Vietnam with 70%+ travel involved.
 

Role:

• Provide installation support for food processing and conveying machineries across Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam. Be able to do assemble the conveyor on his own, if needed.

• Commissioning of projects with clear proof of deliverables like capacity, efficiency and performance.

• Perform periodic health check on the machines based on a defined checklist. Be able to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on the machines.

• Trouble shooting of the machines as and when required.

• Provide layout and technical support to the sales team, if required. 

• Communicate with customers regularly for spare parts and other service requirements.

Qualification:

• Engineering background is must, preferable mechanical engineering

• At least 3 years experience in installation, commissioning, and after sales service, preferably in the food industry

• Proficient in communicating in English language

• Experience in food industry is a plus

• Experience in conveying solutions is a plus
