Job Description

• Execute end to end category sourcing management (NPI, mass production and product EOL management).
• Execute category sourcing strategy. Develop prefer suppliers, strengthen business relationship with key suppliers and business partners.
• Drive supplier negotiation and competitiveness of cost, delivery, quality, supply flexibility.
• Work with cross functional team and stakeholders to improve supplier performance.
• Execute business review with key suppliers.
• Support supplier escalation of delivery, price, and other business issues.
• Conduct cost & supply performance analysis.
• Drive KPI improvement in cost saving, MOQ, leadtime, payment term, incoterm, flexibility program.
• Support NPI purchase, BOM cost review and analysis.
• Conduct supply risk assessment, market intelligence and technology update.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Category and Sourcing roles in electronics manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical.
• Good communication skills such as organized and structured presentation.
• Good Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Degree or Diploma Holder in Business / Engineering / Supply Chain or related discipline
• Candidates with strong experience and knowledge will be considered as Senior Engineer.
