Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses and HR professionals, to promote recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the online recruitment or HR solutions industry.
  • Prior experience working at TopCV, Vieclam24h, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and understanding of the recruitment industry in Vietnam.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
