Job Responsibilities / What you move with us:
- Take full ownership of sales, promotion, and distribution for the product range.
- Develop and expand relationships with wholesalers and key players in the furniture and wood product industry.
- Build and nurture strong customer connections, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, showcasing our innovative product offerings.
- Actively acquire new customers and drive business growth with a hands-on approach.
- Monitor market trends, analyze demand, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate closely with our head office in Germany, including preparing quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Document all sales activities using SAP.
Requirements / What convinces us:
- Proven experience in sales (3+ years), ideally in the furniture, doors, mouldings, or wooden products sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliability, team spirit, and the drive to achieve results.
- High willingness to travel regularly within South Vietnam.
- Language skills: Native Vietnamese, native/strong Mandarin with good English skills.
