#4850 Retail Channel Manager

Job Description:

Key responsibilities and tasks 
• Development and implementation of sales plan. 
• Control sales operations and sales representatives. 
• Monitor the preparation and implementation of market share development plans 
• Foster sustainable relationships through supply channels and maintain engagement with key clients. 
• Prepare budget forecasts and sales projections for targets, plans, finances, and inventory management. 
• Conduct research on competitors, markets, and trends to develop appropriate tactics and strategies. 
• Coordinating colleagues and other departments to achieve group goals. 
• Planning and providing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reports. 
• Undertaking and performing other duties as assigned the BoDs. 
• Keeping confidential all company business information and documentation.

Requirements
• Intermediate skills required in all Microsoft applications. 
• Bachelor’s degree  
• Min 3 years’ experience in the retails channel related to construction fields, hardware stores, power tools, accessories, … 
• English skill: Reading & Writing skills are required for report purpose.
