JOB OVERVIEW
- Measure and calibrate jigs and fixtures for new models.
- Plan and conduct periodic measurement and evaluation of inspection jigs, products, weld test cuts, and coating tests in the factory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Measurement and Calibration of Jigs for New Models
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to calibrate jigs according to design specifications when new jigs are introduced.
- Once the inspection jig is verified, spray-paint, label, and hand over to the production department.
2. Planning
- Develop and execute a monthly inspection jig evaluation plan.
- Plan and perform periodic measurement of products, weld test cuts, and coating tests based on standards.
3. Data Updating and Record Keeping
- After measuring and evaluating inspection jigs and products, report OK/NG status to superiors and follow their instructions.
4. Other Tasks
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
1. Education & Experience:
- Graduated from technical schools, colleges, or universities in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment and knowledge of quality management.
- Ability to use measurement tools and devices such as 3D measuring machines (FARO, CMM), calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and calibrate inspection jigs accordingly.
2. Skills:
- Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Teamwork skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
