• Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules 
• Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the employee's abilities according to the instructions and requests of the General Director
• Responsible for the implementation of 5S and improvements the workspace clean and tidy
  • Keep the computer cleaned-up: latest updates, follow the company folder structure, delete unnecessary files.
  • Perform 5S and maintain 5S standards in the [Department]. Keep the workplace and table neat and clean.
• Support inspection, supervision of the procurement process and plating line installation.
  • Co-operate with design team to final the design drawing, assist on making the tender document, supervisor during manufacturing period
• Participate in conducting test operations and establishing official operating parameters and procedures.
  • Record, monitor the plating line to get the data, making working process for this.
• Inspection, measurement and preliminary assessment of the quality of input materials.
  • Control the quantity and quality of input plating chemical, water, DI water, RO water and others ralated to plating line.
• Monitor the equipment, spare part and auxiliary machinery for plating line
  • Monitor and prepare the list of spare part, organize the preventive maintenance of plating line for making sure of stability of line.
• Monitor, operate and control the quality of output products
  • Co-operate with Quality department to control the quality of output product.
  • Enhancing Production Efficiency of plating line
  • Control energy, input chemical
• Instructions and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in setting up detailed operation training materials.
  • Control and prepare the material for the wastewater and exhaust air system to make the output in accordance with regulations 
• Perform other tasks under the direction of superiors.
  • Manage the maintenance staff for maintain the operation of other machine smooth.
  • Create the re-work method for plating line.
  • Prepare management reports and ad hoc reports upon request.
  • Make the daily, weekly report based on the output products, problem.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • Elementary English skills (written and verbal)
  • Skill in time management
  • Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure.
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge in Chemical field
• Education & Working Experiences:
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in operating electroplating lines. Priority is given to candidates with experience in operating plating lines for small size products used in the jewelry, fashion and furniture markets.
  • Priority is given to holders of college/university degrees majoring in physical chemistry or related majors.
  • Ability to learn and absorb new knowledge, ability to organize and present documents well.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and react quickly during the operation of machinery.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in using the ERP system.
