SUMMARY:
Personal Assistant’s responsibilities will assist Vice Chairman (VC) on various matters involving business in the USA and Vietnam, global investment, and family/personal matter. This position will require a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Active individuals will find the dynamic and fast-paced work highly rewarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Ensure all email, mail, text, and any other communications are processed, responded to, and properly categorized
- Manage executive's calendar, including scheduling and arranging meetings
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up with teams about task/project progress
- Remind executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports and presentations
- Accompany work events as scheduled and ability allows
- Perform as a liaison between the employer and household staffs as required
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative/filing systems
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employer
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree(s) in communication, business, and/or accounting is a plus
- Studied in the US or other English speaking countries a plus
- Certificate from a secretarial school is a plus
- Previous experience (2+ years) of administration or personal assistant work is a plus
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency (written and verbal) a plus
- Computer technology proficiency (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Social media savvy a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel if needed
