Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Center Operations Management:
    • Develop plans and organize teaching activities, events, and training programs.
    • Ensure the center operates efficiently according to regulations and quality standards.
    • Monitor and improve the quality of teaching services.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and staff.
    • Foster a positive working environment that encourages personal and professional development.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend appropriate policies.
  • Business Development & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students.
    • Manage communication channels and enhance the center's brand presence.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to boost enrollment.
  • Finance & Administration:
  • Plan budgets, control expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, revenue, and expenses.
  • Oversee facility management to ensure proper operation of teaching equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a management role at a language center or educational institution.
  • Excellent communication and staff management skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German or Japanese is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle high-pressure situations.
