Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified IT Recruiter to join and contribute to our recruiting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals to join our organization and contribute to the development and success of our projects.
Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Sourcing potential candidates via online channels, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Evaluating and analyzing candidates’ profile to match the job requirements and the team dynamics.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conducting pre-employment background checks and employment verifications.
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, hiring decisions, and status updates.
  • Managing job offers and negotiating compensation packages with candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, computer science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring of IT professionals.
  • Solid understanding of IT industry trends, job market demands, and hiring practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques via social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with candidate management databases.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
  • English level: Advanced.
