KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales quotas, and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets for the spices market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjust pricing strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to expand the spice product portfolio, identify customer needs, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products in the market.
- Perform tasks assigned by senior management.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in relevant fields, with experience in international/ B2B sales
- Strong understanding of the spices/F&B market.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
