Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

I. Independent implementation

1. Independently responsible for recruitment, training, performance, talent inventory and other modules, and provide relevant human resources support and talent guarantee for business departments;

2. Independently responsible for the implementation of the company's human resources policies, systems and key projects within the business department;

3. Independently responsible for matters related to local personnel (entry, transfer, transfer, departure, etc.) in Vietnam, as well as consultation and answers related to local personnel in Vietnam;

4. Independently responsible for employee relations services, employee engagement, satisfaction research and improvement in Vietnam factory;

II. Coordinated execution

1. Assist the business department to build a sustainable local talent echelon in Vietnam, and be responsible for the personnel management and development of the supported departments;

2. Maintain communication and interaction with business management and employees at all levels, enrich communication channels, and ensure smooth internal information transmission;

3. Participate in the development of HR annual key projects, and assist in the implementation and implementation of HR policies and systems in their respective business fields;

Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree.

Work Experience: 1-2 HR module management experience; More than 3 years of HR related work experience; Working experience in a Chinese company (preferred)

Language requirements: Chinese HKS level 4 or above
