What You’ll Do

• Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Input financial data into MISA accounting software to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Tax & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file VAT, PIT, CIT, and other tax reports in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
  • Ensure timely tax payments and respond to tax authority inquiries when needed.
  • Keep updated on changes in accounting laws and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
• Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Oversee the end-to-end budget planning process, including preparation, allocation, and monitoring.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
• Auditing & Internal Controls:
  • Prepare financial documents for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure internal accounting controls are maintained to prevent fraud and errors.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a general accounting role.
• Experience in handling tax reports and financial statements in Vietnam.
• Prior experience in a small or medium-sized company is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic English skills are an advantage.
