Job Description:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Ensure that evaluates and screening fragrances to meet the customer requirements
  • Arrange group discussion with related dept
  • Give instructions to prepare the prototypes

DUTIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Evaluates and screening: Evaluation and screening fragrances to support sales, according to the requirements from Customer which objectives : sample target, market sample, Customer expectation descriptions, or new Product innovation
    • Expected Results or KPIs: Meet the customer requirements
  • Coordination and teamwork: Coordinate the communication with cross functional teams and coordinates all necessary activities required on handling project with other departments related, such as : Sales, Customer Insight, Creation and Marketing
    • Expected Results or KPIs: Project accomplished
  • Communication and Facilitator: Facilitates of group focus discussion for specific project
    • Expected Results or KPIs: Discussion as per schedule
  • Innovation and Development: Lead the team to bring the innovation, do the development and preparation of prototype
    • Expected Results or KPIs: Meet the requirement and due date
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct interact and troubleshoot with customers on evaluation
    • Expected Results or KPIs: Meet the requirements
  • Safety and Health Environment: Awareness of safety and health environment
    • Expected Results or KPIs: No safety issues
  • Others: To be assigned from General Manager from time to time

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education / Knowledge: University Degree or Master’s degree of Chemical Engineering
  • Experience / Skills: At least 05 years experiences in the role of R&D Managers or similar

    • Technical knowledge about Ingredients of the final products (fragrance)
    • Technical knowledge about processing of the final products (Fragrance)
    • Knowledge of Fragrance Development process
