Role
• Report to International Business Director, you will work closely with International Business Development Team, to develop marketing
strategy for China market based on comprehensive understanding of Global overall brand strategies;
• Work closely with China commercial team, analyze marketing demands, develop and conduct corresponding business operation and
management model;
• Cooperate with Brand Activation/Promotion Manager and Supply Chain Team to launch International brand products into China market;
• Develop information collection and analyst platform, includes market trends, competitor movements, consumer satisfaction etc. Manage and conduct on-line and off-line brand activities
Requirement:
• Must be a Chinese nationality, max 50 years old
• Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with some financial qualifications or training
• Must have general management experience (at the same FMCG industry, or more specific biscuit industry) for over 7 years
• Business proficient in English is a must
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
