Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and positioning within the financial services sector.
  • Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and media engagement to enhance brand reputation.

Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain investors across multiple channels.
  • Optimize content marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Product & Investment Marketing

  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop marketing materials for funds and financial products.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication of investment strategies to different client segments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and investor preferences.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop co-branding opportunities and sponsorship initiatives to enhance visibility.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor roadshows.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, investment, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, asset management, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and fund management.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and investor communications.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
