Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through research and networking, and initiate contact to arrange meetings or presentations.
- Attend networking events to conduct research and connect with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals.
- Carry out post-sales activities to maintain relationships with customers and provide support to the team as needed to ensure progress in providing services and products to customers.
- Familiarize yourself with Payroll or RPO services offered by Headhunt Vietnam.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales skills, including proficiency in English.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional and confident communication with C-level executives.
- Flexibility, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- University or college diploma.
- Have at least 1 year of experience HR industry
