Scope of Work: Workforce Development is a - B2B solution for Tech companies for up-skilling.
- 360 Sales and Recruitment (similar role with Headhunt).
- Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the vertical. Accountable for delivering P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and recruitment (360 process like headhunt).
- 4-6 working years experience in start-up, B2B industry.
