Assist Sales Department many tasks as: prepare contracts and follow-up the contracts.
Translate sales documents, prepare and send sales documents, answer inquiries from customers.
Prepare bidding documents.
Cooperate with CS and project teams in customer project, collect customer’s needs.
Meet with existing and potential clients regularly and listen their requirements or collect information and make concrete relationship.
Build up the relationship with partners and develop the business with partners along with (HPT, Korean partners, etc.)
Report timely and accurately.
