Main tasks:

Setting development strategy for biscuit category at domestic market.
Setting distribution system for biscuit category at domestic market. Corporate with Sales Manager for opening new market on GT – MT channel, B2B.
Setting sales system (sales plan, incentive policy, promotion plan, training system ,…)
Participate in setting marketing plans for biscuit category.
Participate in developing new product , product for OEM.
Analyze and report on the business.

Requirements:

More than 3 years of the biscuit/ food category
Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information , Organization, Statistical Analysis, Microsoft Office Skills, Self-Development
English fluently
