1. Main duty of MC

- To maintain in using AIMs system ( ERP software), training MC staff using AIMs system run smoothly

- Work with Planning to ensure delivery of all material from oversea, China, Viet Nam on time follow plan of Production

- Issue purchase request to Oversea, China, Viet Nam purchasing team, work with all purchasers for lead time of delivery, monitoring, feedback to Pur, Planning, Shipping about real time delivery

- Organize working of MC staff, check lost percentage of material usage

2. Main duty of WH

- Co-operate with R&D, Merchandiser, Lab, Production to manage stock of

materials, minimize old stock of material

- Co-operate with Lab, IQC, Purchaser to monitoring poor quality of material,

separately non-confirming of material

- Co-operate with Acc dept to stock taking monthly, yearly

- Co-operate with Production in transfer material, receive finish good to ensure

optimize space for Production, and all WH

- Co-operate with Planning, and Purchase to control delivery material in

optimization space of WH, and production planning

- Control WH to follow FIFO, and ensure can traceability all information relate to materials

- Arrange WH follow 5S

3. Education

- Graduated in University, or College

- English skill : can speaking, writing, reading in immediately level

- Computer skill : can use good in word, excel, PowerPoint, can make report in

professional

- Can speak in Chinese is a plus

4. Experience

- Have experience in material planning at least 2-3 years

- Have experience in WH management at least 2-3 years

5. Soft skill requirement

- Good characteristic, honestly in working, strongly in discipline, and strong execution

- Leader ship skill

- Organization skill

- Supervision skill

- Team work spirit
