Job 1280 Warehouse Manager

Our client is leading agriculture MNC

Manage the input/ output procedure as stipulated by the company rules
Make sure the accuracy of time and quantity to the input/output goods
Make prevention and correction actions to the risk of goods’ loss or damage
Ensure the goods are keeping well and safe in the warehouse
Ensure the actual stock quantities at warehouse are matching with bookkeeping of Accounting Department
Make sure the input and output goods process under FIFO principle
Classify to arrange goods in the warehouse scientifically and reasonably to make sure the safety and fire prevention rules are strictly followed
Manage the warehouse staff to achieve the good working results, evaluate their working results, assign tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse
Check and ensure the Check and ensure the compliance with labor regulations and safety working rules of the subordinates
Control the ISO process for warehouse
Make the daily/ weekly/ monthly or occasionally reports when required
Propose the improving actions to save cost and improve work quality
Receive and reply the feedbacks to other related departments
Do other tasks assigned by management
