Job Description:
- Develop strategic planning and direction and control of software & system product development activities.
- Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management, for all product development.
- Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development, per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
- Hire and direct staff of senior group member of all levels of engineering to acquire necessary resources and plan to meet business need.
- Build and develop engineering environment and culture for all engineers to work smoothly & effectively with all relevant parties and departments.
- Ensure implementation of software development processes to support the product development process.
