Job Description:

  • Formulate objectives, policies and plans for human resources development and corporate culture development based on vision, mission and strategic goals of the company.
    • Establish the workforce plan and develop/review workforce plan forecast.
    • Establish the action plan for implementation objectives, policies, and human resources development and corporate culture development.
  • Review the organizational structure of the company to ensure it is efficient, effective and is able to support the career development and progression
  • Establish efficient and effective policies, procedures and standards for employee sourcing, selection, recruitment.
  • Establishing and building standards system in evaluation completed work, competency assessment.
  • Establish the salary scale system and building the reward system, benefits according to the regulations and policies of the Company.
  • Provide support for the identification and assessment of technical, core and leadership competency standards
  • Build up and develop process of training and developing staff and establish the action plan for implementation the training objectives and the development of training programs.
  • Deploy the action plan for implementation objectives, policies, and plans for human resources development, employee engagement and corporate culture development.
  • Ensure job description, job titles are updated and to organize for development of staff salaries.
  • Coordinate solving questions, conflicts, disputes, complaints and grievances related to human resources, addressing modes related to labor accidents and occupational diseases and the management of the labor contract, the procedures of social insurance, health insurance, occupational accidents, human being.
  • Public relations related to Human Resources.
  • Training and coaching staff for understanding the action plan implementation objectives, procedures, work-instructions of the unit/ departments.
  • To build up and implement training programs on job and program of skills diversification (multi-skills)
  • Controlling the cost of Administration services of Corporate.
  • Monitor and adjust the HR organizational structure.
  • Analysis of results of operations, goals performance, identify the adverse trends & raising opportunities, improvement, prevention.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Graduate university/ MBA: Human Resource Management, foreign economy, financial account, business administration,…

Experience

  • At least 10 years in management level with more than 5 years in CHO

Specific skills

  • Leadership skill achieves level 5 as company leadership standard.
  • Planning skills and implementing strategic objectives.
  • Have the strong attitudes in department & other department in Group.
