Responsibilities
According to segment cluster sales and business development strategy and planning, consult, negotiate & sale (technical & commercial) all applications, systems and products to achieve individual’s sales target and KPIs in the responsible area, by cooperating with customers, agents, design institutes, etc.
Follow up and responsible for the development of key projects and key customers in the region, coordinate the internal and external resources of the company to achieve the sales target.
Explore the market and business opportunities, responsible for the development of new customers in the region and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
Identify and report customer requirements and market trends and competitors
Increase customer satisfaction and retention
Participate in industry trade fairs, technology meeting etc. to introduce / promote existing / new applications, systems, and products to customers and establish contacts with customers.
Prepare quotations, prepare contracts and follow up for deal closure.
Be proficient in using a CRM system, including creating potential customer accounts, entering and tracking sales leads, managing sales opportunities, and writing visit reports etc.
Assist finance department to return accounts receivable in time.
Ensure sales behaviours to meet Group and Vietnam Code of ethics, legal and social+ responsibility standards required by local laws and organizational culture
Follow and implement other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, chemical industry, water supply etc.
Over 3 years sales experience in large and medium-sized enterprises or foreign-funded and sales experience of metering pumps / MCT / disinfection etc is preferred.
Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
Adapt to long-term travel, work under high intensity and high stress.
