1. Expat Packaging Manager for Bien Hoa

This is a new position and will lead the packaging unit operations of 50 people. Position will report into business head of packaging operations.

Job Description

Packaging Manager- Packaging Centre

- Managing employee in the packaging area, ensuring that the Packing is full of operators through recruitment and staffing activities.
- Managing activities at the packaging area, ensuring no safety or quality incidents occurring in the packaging area.
- Manage and coordinate with the group planning department, the project department, the maintenance department to ensure production activities take place on schedule, on the right output.
- Manage the activities of the packaging area staffs, Ensuring all employees comply with the standards of the factory in terms of safety, quality and internal control.
- Train the staff in the packaging department of the latest process.
- Organize necessary meetings to analyze risks and risks affecting safety, quality, performance and losses on the chain.
- Daily, weekly meeting with the plant management to receive and implement instructions for the department

- A Packaging Technologist,

Requirement

- University graduate related majors

- Expats only
- 10 years experience in equivalent position
- Good conversational English
- Ability to handle situations quickly
- Prefer the food, FMCG industry

- At least 8- 10 Years Of FMCG Industry Experience In R&D -Packaging Development, Packaging Material Processing & Conversion, Vendor Development, Commercialization, Project Planning in the Product Category 

- Prefer experience in Snacks, Dairy (Cold & UHT), Chocolate & Confectionery, Coffee & Beverage Manufacturers
