RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To build, maintain and continuously improve the management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 and other standards for each zone follow the direction of BOD.
• To support depts. and factories to build the targets (KPI), documents, SOP according to ISO and internal requirements.
• To summarize the KPI performance of depts. and factories monthly to report to BOD.
• Control all the approved documents of the ISO system as a standard library and update documents periodically.
• To plan & organize the internal and external audits for the ISO system at depts. and factories. Upload the audit results into the software system and monitor the performance of depts. and factories and report to BOD periodically.
• Work with factories to build ISO in the direction of BOD.
• To plan & organize ISO training periodically to depts. & factories.
• To work with the purchasing dept to build the supplier assessment standard and audit the approved suppliers periodically.
• To work with depts. & factories to analyze & organize the management review meeting as ISO standard requirement.

 

AUTHORITIES:

• To contact directly outside parties relating to the ISO.
• Request depts. & factories comply with the ISO standard & approved documents of the Company.
• To organize the ISO meetings.
• Check & audit (announce & non-announce) comply ISO of depts./ factories of PPJ .
• To suggest depts. & factories supply analysis data & Objective performance report periodically.
• To suggest improvement recommendations relating to the ISO system.

 

EXPERIENCES, SKILLS:

• At least 7 experience years to build & manage the ISO system.
• Good communication in English.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good solving problem skills.
• Flexible to solve problems.
• Manage time & high pressure
• Good computer skills

 

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

• University level.
• Certificates of ISO 9001:2015, prefer to Lead auditor certificate
• Other ISO certificates.
