Job Description: 

• Finalize new business leads especially in the execution and following up of matters related to the deal in industrial real estate development projects including identity, evaluation, negotiation, and implement industrial parks development investment opportunities.
• Perform feasibility studies on potential deals including conducting extensive market research and due diligence on the potential projects
• Prepare comprehensive Business Plans (including financial analysis) for Board approval
• Train and coach junior team members in investment analysis and management skills.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

• A good Degree in Real Estate or Finance-related qualifications.
• At least 5-year experience in the same position. Previous work experience in logistics &industrial park is required
• A highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools.
• The highly self-motivated and self-driven manner with strong business acumen.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under high pressure and adaptable to quick changes.

Benefits:

• Working hour: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6.00pm (Lunch: 12.00pm to 1.00pm);
• The Probation period is 2 months with 100% base salary;
