Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The HR Transformation Specialist will drive and manage HR transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing HR processes, enhancing digital HR solutions, and aligning HR practices with business goals to create a high-performance, agile, and future-ready HR organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR transformation projects aimed at improving HR efficiency, productivity, and employee experience.
  • Analyze current HR processes and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and increase automation through HR technology.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define HR strategies that support business growth, innovation, and change management.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems, tools, and platforms to enhance the HR function's impact.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and employee engagement to recommend improvements.
  • Provide expertise in organizational design, culture transformation, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coach and collaborate with HR teams to embed HR best practices across all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive HR innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on transformation, process improvement, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale HR change management projects.
  • Expertise in HR technologies, systems, and digital transformation tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is preferred.
