Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for building and developing plans for DC activities to fulfill customers’ demands for maintaining and enhancing the brand image of the company  as well as company's products in the market as a foundation for sustainable developing turnover.
  • Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor intelligence to propose plans for DC activity with high competitive, unique, convincible, and attractive.
  • Create frequent coverage level for DC activity on all available promotion foundation and creating new promotion way in DC activity
  • Implement and monitor to guarantee all DC activities carried out timely and effectively.

Work activities :

  • Conduct market research, customer research, and analyze competitors’ activities, strategies to determine customers’ needs and demands as well as a market opportunity. From that, propose strategies, activities, and plans related to DC activity to the Board of Managers.
  • Propose creative ideas, different, unique activity forms with high competition for DC activity to convince customers to trust/belief in the comapny products, company's brand, and decide to use  products.
  • Build seasonal, annual DC activity plans appropriate for sales plans. These plans must be presented in detail in seasonal activities to meet the agreed company’s targets.
  • Implement and monitor DC activity to create needs, demands of farmers dealers on comapny's products. Through DC activity, maintain the company brand image as well as company products in the market. Especially; the activities at the farmer and C2 levels.
  • Carry out internal DC activity training: thesis, orientation, implementation, cooperation
  • Propose and deploy the crop solution applying  product focused on group AAA, key products

Management – Cooperation – Leadership

  • Budget management: Build DC activity plans with the approved budget and manage effectively the budget using ROI standardized criteria.
  • Contribute to developing a new solution for a key crop with Product Manager
  • Cooperate with the R&D team in R&D activities
  • Cooperate with relevant Departments to implement  activities, focusing on pulling activities, DC activities.
  • To develop and implement a company-wide plan to conduct pull activities as a priority on products, working with all departments for execution.
  • To build trust, value with others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Demonstrate leadership and set an example when working with subordinates
  • Understand the company core values based on the slogan “Sustainable Agriculture, Going Green, and Helping the Farmers.”
  • Good knowledge of the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map

Other Duties: 

  • Overview of new laws, new policies issued by the Vietnamese government, and other international issues that may affect Vietnam as well as 
  • Develop plans with Marketing manager and other department managers to expand  business development based on each region and each crop segment.
  • Weekly and monthly report to Marketing manager, HOSM
  • Other duties assigned by Marketing manager, HOSM

Authorization:

  • On behalf of the Marketing Department to make decisions within the Territory, and authority to make cross-functional decisions in partnership with peers of other functions.
  • The right to make proposals concerning tasks/ missions in order to improve his works.
  • Right to ask for better working conditions to fulfill his tasks and duties

Relationships: 

  • Direct report to HOSM, MM
  • Internal: All colleagues, Departments.
  • External: Dealers, sub-dealers, farmers, Branch of PPDs at local and other Authority when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Marketing or Plant protection/ Agriculture/ Economy...
  • Working knowledge of Pesticide education market segments within an assigned sales regional.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
