Responsibilities:

Responsible for deploying and monitoring DC activities to meet customers’ demands and enhance the MPS brand on the market.
Research customer behavior, market conditions, competitor’s activities and make DC activities to increase competition and convincing.
Deploy DC activities frequency on all available promotion platform on market and find the best way for promoting
Implement and monitor all DC activities timely and effectively.

Work Activities:

Collect information related to market, customer, and competitor to determine customers’ demand as well as opportunities and challenges. Propose strategies, action plans for DC activities to line Manager.
Propose creative ideas, different, unique activity forms with high competition for DC activity to convince customers trust/believe in MPS’ products, MPS’ brand and decide to use MPS’ products
Develop DC activities to make MPS DC activities to be unique and competitive.
Implement and monitor DC activity to create farmers’ demand for MPS products as well as maintain MPS brand on the market, especially on the farmer and C2 dealer.
These implementing plans must be presented in detail in seasonal activities to guarantee DC activities to be implemented in line with MPS direction.
Training DC activities skills and deploying methods to TC/TSE

Budget management: Implement DC activities follow an approved budget and manage affectively the budget according to ROI standardized criteria.
Build trust in relationships, communicate effectively, promote innovation, collaborate with RM, TC, frontline team to solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships to meet company values.
Understand MPS’ core values based on the slogan “Sustainable Agriculture, Going Green, and Helping the Farmers.”
Good knowledge and implementation of the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and keep confidential on issues related to MPS

Other duties:

Develop plans with Marketing manager and other department managers to expand MPS's business development based on each region and each crop segment.
Weekly and monthly report to Marketing manager, HOSM
Other duties assigned by Marketing manager, HOSM

Authorization:

Make decisions in deploying DC activities accordingly with the approved plan
Have the right to make proposals concerning tasks
Have the right to ask for better working conditions to fulfill his tasks and duties

Relationships:

Direct report to HOSM, MM
Internal: All colleagues, Departments.
External: Dealers, sub-dealers, farmers, Branch of PPDs at local and other Authority when required.

Requirements:

Graduated in Marketing or Plant protection/ Agriculture/ Economy...
Working knowledge of Pesticide education market segments within an assigned sales regional.
Presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
