Description: Responsible for
effectively providing key strategies related to the management and development
of the human resource, as well as implementing and executing management and
developmental programs in regards to Talent and Organizational Development
Duties:
- Leads
and develops a team of Training Support Specialists to ensure excellence in the
area of technical skill development.
- Ensure
that all employees have an effective orientation in to the Company.
- Ensure
that all employees have the opportunity to develop the skills required to do
their job by advocating the importance of training and education.
- Drive
continuous improvement in Training and Development team through trend reporting
analysis, metrics management and encouraging every team member to improve their
own skills.
- Demonstrate
a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by
solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
- Demonstrate

Requirements:
- Requires
a bachelor's degree in a related area.
- At
least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Relevant
experience in MFG environment is a must.
